Terms and Conditions

  1. Shipment Details:

    • Kindly brief the contents of your shipment at the booking counter clearly and ensure that they are shown on the booking slip.
    • Provide complete information of the consignee/receiver (Name, CNIC, Contact Number, Email ID, Address) and ensure it is shown on the booking slip. The consignee/receiver should be an adult.
  2. Packaging Requirements:

    • Ensure proper packaging of your shipment to avoid damages during transit.
  3. Additional Services:

    • At certain locations, Bilal Cargo may provide wrapping, cartons, and other packing materials at cost.
    • Pre-booking inspection is mandatory as per the rules defined by law enforcement agencies.
  4. Store Charges:

    • If the shipment remains in our warehouse for longer than 7 days, store charges will be applied on a per-day basis.
  5. Taxes and Invoices:

    • Taxes (if any) will be applicable as per law, and a Sales Tax Invoice can be provided upon request.
  6. Prohibited Items:

    • Transportation of cash, jewelry, chemicals, liquids, narcotics, weapons, and inflammable explosives is not permitted as per the law of the land. Only legally permitted and socially acceptable items can be booked.
  7. Responsibility for Contents:

    • If the shipper hides any of the facts (mentioned in point 5), they will be responsible for the consequences like losses, damages, or actions by law enforcement agencies.
  8. Perishable Goods:

    • Perishable goods not received by the consignee within 24 hours of receipt at the destination may be disposed of as per company policy.
  9. Unavoidable Circumstances:

    • Bilal Cargo ensures timely and safe transportation of all the goods booked, yet any losses or delays are regrettable due to any unavoidable circumstances (force majeure, law & order, cancellation, breakdowns, and space constraints, etc.).
  10. Loss or Damage:

    • In case of any loss or damage (except point 10), the company will pay back the booking amount to the shipper. For any free-of-charge and to-pay shipments, no claims will be entertained.
  11. Valuable Items:

    • The inclusion of any valuable item/machinery and goods will be the shipper's obligation.
  12. Documentation:

    • The consignee is requested to assist us by providing any paperwork if required for the transportation of such shipments (e.g., BL, Commercial Invoice, Undertaking, Sales Tax Invoice, etc.).
  13. Main Terminals:

    • The shipper must ensure timely pick-up of the shipment from the main terminals, where appropriate.
  14. Proof of Identity:

    • Consignees must provide proper identification to receive any shipment (Security Code, Original CNIC, DL, Passport, or Authority Letter, etc.).
  15. Uncollected Shipments:

    • In case the shipment is collected after 5 days of its arrival, storage charges will apply as per company policy. Shipments not collected within 30 days of booking will be disposed of as per company policy, and no complaint will be entertained afterward.
  16. Shipper's Responsibility:

    • Only the shipper can lodge a complaint at origin. The consignee is requested to consult the shipper in case of any discrepancy.
  17. Volumetric Weight:

    • If the shipment is lesser in weight and larger in volume, it will be charged based on the Volumetric Weight Formula as per International Standards.
  1. Products may vary from pictures depicted in the pamphlet.
  2. In case of the unavailability of the booked product, an alternative product may be delivered.
  3. Orders placed once will not be canceled.
