If the shipment is insured, then yes, Bilal Travels is liable to pay the market value of the lost shipment. If the shipment is not insured, then the liability of Bilal Travels is limited as mentioned in the terms & conditions of carriage.

Our insurance rate is a flat 2% of the market value of the goods.

All claims for international/domestic shipments must be submitted in writing to Bilal Travels within thirty (30) days from the date that Bilal Travels accepted the shipment, failing which, Bilal Travels will have no liability whatsoever.

Shipment movement information is captured each time a tracking label is scanned. Common scans include the following information: - Ship From - Ship To - Shipment Date - Shipment Note - Tracking detail

A tracking number is used by Bilal Travels to identify and track every shipment as it moves through the Bilal Travels network to its destination. Bilal Travels automatically assigns a tracking number to every shipment.

After five days of arrival at the actual destination, a pre-defined store charge will be applied.

Yes, it is compulsory to bring your original ID card to send or receive a shipment.

We will make up to 2 attempts to deliver a shipment. Our courier rider will leave a sticker indicating a delivery was attempted, along with information on where you should call for further details (such as the address of the location from where you can pick it up). Most of the time, the shipment can then be picked up from the nearest express center. If a shipment is not delivered due to a change in address, business closure, etc., the shipment will be returned to the sender/consignor.

The status “Returned to Source” means that the shipment was returned back to the source who booked the shipment due to various reasons, e.g., refused to accept by consignee, address not traceable, etc.

Fragile goods sent by our courier should be packed properly with a fragile sticker, as we do not take any responsibility, claim, or insurance for such goods.

Exact weight and dimensions are necessary to ensure the speed of delivery. If this information is not accurate, your parcel may be delayed in transit, and the difference in cost will be requested along with a possible additional service fee before the parcel's journey can continue.

The packing material is the responsibility of the shipper, but at some locations, basic packaging material is available.
